Key responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy for core components and shared services
- Lead development of scalable, reusable functionality and domain-specific engineering solutions
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams on technical features, infrastructure, and developer experience initiatives
- Foster strong relationships with internal product teams and advocate for platform capabilities
- Establish metrics and success criteria for platform products and monitor performance
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align the platform roadmap with business objectives and requirements
- Champion a culture of internal product excellence focusing on usability, documentation, and adoption for technical users
About you
- Significant experience leading product strategy for platforms or shared services
- Track record of building scalable solutions for complex software platforms
- Experience designing and delivering shared functionality or domain engineering solutions
- Comfortable operating in platform team to consumer team dynamics
- Understanding of developer experience and infrastructure concepts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with microservices architectures, event-driven architecture, and API-first development
