About the role
- Play a critical role in designing and delivering tools to protect customers from financial crime.
- Own everything from roadmap to execution: collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Ops.
- Integrate with vendors and design systems for real-time fraud detection and prevention.
- Work cross-functionally including product designers, data analysts, and engineering teams.
- Define product specifications, review technical capabilities, prioritize projects.
- Lead integrations with fraud and identity vendors, evaluate building in-house vs buying.
- Design new fraud detection methods and monitor data to build robust systems.
- Build a trusted Risk solution used worldwide.
What youβll need
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- 3+ years focused on Risk, Fraud, or Trust & Safety products.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
- Success delivering fraud detection, scoring, or prevention systems.
- Familiarity with fraud typologies like ATO, card fraud, bank fraud, and tradeoffs.
- Experience integrating or evaluating third-party vendors such as Socure, Sift, Alloy.
- Ability to balance customer friction, fraud loss, and system performance.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus: Understanding of 3DS, device intelligence, or identity verification flows.
Compensation and benefits
- Base pay range of $180k - $220k USD / $220k - $275k CAD plus Series C equity with upside potential.
