Job Description
As a Product Manager, you are passionate about mental health and affecting change at the population health level. This role will be primarily focused on building internal product capabilities for Calm Health and Calm Business - Calmโs Mental Health solutions serving both employer and payer audiences.
We are hiring remote workers for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, or NYC. At this time, only candidates in these locations will be considered.
What Youโll Do:
You will drive growth and scale for Calm Health and Calm Business. You will be responsible for building out internal tools and capabilities to scale Calmโs mental health solutions to support enterprise customers of all shapes and sizes. Youโll work closely with our internal Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, User Acquisition, Marketing, and Content teams to drive and execute on a product roadmap to drive new customer growth, user activation, and continued user engagement through our internal tools. Youโll also work closely with our customers and gather external customer feedback to influence our product roadmap, while driving scalability of the Calm Health solution.
More generally, youโll develop and test hypotheses to deepen the engagement of the Calm Business and Health user base. Youโll be a product leader that collaborates across the company to meet key objectives strategically and effectively.
- Drive new feature development focused on growth of specific Calm Enterprise KPIs - your days will consist of ideation, planning, testing, optimization, and reporting of these features
- Partner with Design to deeply understand employer and employee needs and create rapid prototypes to test effectiveness of proposed solutions
- Prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product development with a team of engineers to ship high-quality experiences
- Partner with Customer Success and Customer Experience teams to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback to influence the product roadmap
- Manage a product roadmap and execute on product features; set priorities, goals and track deliverables to drive product strategy forward
- Build external partnerships and influence: collecting external feedback to influence scaling our products and platforms to deliver a consistent, engaging, world class experience across our diverse user base
- Create PRDs that succinctly explain a featureโs job to be done, the market opportunity, how success will be measured, and the tasks necessary to ship/iterate
Who You Are:
- A passion for creativity, innovation and building great products, including those with a B2B2C focus
- Knowledge and experience working with technical systems that power B2B products (e.g. eligibility, SSO, SFTP)
- Ability to analyze user data and extract business requirements from multiple stakeholders and transform them into usable and elegant product specifications
- Deep knowledge of B2B2C product KPIs and customer personas
- Technically conversant (e.g. comfortable with APIs) and able to collaborate easily with cross-functional partners
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to present to senior and executive leaders
Nice to Haves:
- Consulting backgrounds with experience working with external clients and requirements gathering
- Experience building B2B2C workplace products
- Experience building digital health products
Minimum Requirements:
- This role typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience
The anticipated salary range for this position is $148,000 - $207,200. The base salary range represents the low and high end of Calmโs salary range for this position. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. This role is also eligible for equity + comprehensive benefits + 401k + flexible time off.
