Responsibilities

• Design and implement user growth strategies to enhance user conversion efficiency from user acquisition to long-term retention, boosting key business metrics (e.g. new user registrations, retention, cross sell, churn rate etc).
• Identify core user needs and design AI-driven growth products to drive user growth.
• Develop product roadmaps, set long term and short time goals, and create tailored local market and global market product solutions to improve on user growth and experience.
• Leverage data analysis and user insights to create efficient product features that enhance platform appeal and user stickiness.
• Collaborate with various teams such as campaign, lifecycle marketing, operations, and tech teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities, and iterate solutions to maintain growth product competitiveness in the crypto industry.
• Use agile methodologies to manage the development and deployment of growth initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in user growth or growth hacking related fields in the financial or crypto industry preferred.
• Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis.
• Proficient in growth data and experience using data to inform decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
