Responsibilities
- Define and execute global payroll product roadmap focusing on compliance, scalability, and customer needs.
- Lead team to design, develop, and implement payroll solutions aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Drive multi-country localisation strategies meeting regulatory, tax, and payroll requirements.
- Ensure alignment between payroll product development and company objectives.
- Establish scalable frameworks and SOPs for product development and implementation lifecycles.
- Collaborate with engineering to build scalable, innovative workflows and systems.
- Oversee localisation of payroll products ensuring compliance with country-specific laws.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to adapt products to regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with BAs and QA teams to verify compliance standards.
- Approve product delivery ensuring functional, technical, and legislative requirements.
- Establish OKRs and performance metrics including compliance, accuracy, and user satisfaction.

- Strong product management experience with track record in global payroll or HR tech domains.
- Translate customer feedback, market research, and regulatory updates into product improvements.
- Proven success leading product teams to deliver multi-country payroll solutions.
- Hands-on experience developing multi-country HR and payroll platforms.
- Expertise in payroll compliance, localisation, and system integration.
- Ensure effective post-deployment handovers and knowledge sharing.
- Payroll certifications (e.g., CPP, IPPM) or relevant technical credentials.
