About the role
- This is a foundational role for Super.coms new Incubation Hub, a startup-like team tasked with finding the next big thing in Super.coms suite of products.
- Youll lead a Mission-Aligned Team (MAT) with engineers, a designer, and a growth lead to surface promising product opportunities, validate ideas, and bring them to market.
- Responsible for setting direction, making data-informed decisions, shaping strategy, and shipping MVPs to real users through the entire product lifecycle.
- Thrives in ambiguity and launches quickly, focused on building new businesses rather than optimizing existing features.
What youll be working on
- Own the roadmap from concept to launched MVP and beyond, defining what to build and why.
- Scope and launch MVPs rapidly; prioritize speed while ensuring quality for effective learning.
- Drive post-launch iteration and optimization by tracking performance and identifying opportunities.
- Use Amplitude and basic SQL to analyze product data and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with business development and design on product flows and external partner experiences.
- Operate like a founder by making fast, data-informed decisions and de-risking ideas.
Who were looking for
- 5+ years of product management in B2C, early-stage, or fast-moving environments.
- Proven success launching MVPs and iterating based on user and data feedback.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to build 01 products.
- Skilled in data analysis using SQL and tools like Amplitude.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex product ideas.
- Thrives in high-ambiguity environments with strong ownership and flexibility.
- Humble and hands-on, capable of switching between execution and strategic thinking.
- Bonus: founder or side project experience, familiarity with design tools, subscription business experience, user research, and AI tooling.
