Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Brazil. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in deeply understanding our users, the market, and our competition across LATAM. You will collaborate with the global product team, sharing local insights to influence the product roadmap. Your responsibilities will include developing and launching go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and organizing community knowledge exchange events to engage with our user base.


  • Gain a deep understanding of our users, the Brazilian market, and competitors to inform product marketing strategies and influence the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with the global product team, sharing local insights and market feedback to shape product development and enhancements.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for product launches in Brazil, including defining target audience and positioning, creation of marketing assets, and planning and execution of launch campaigns.
  • Organize and facilitate community knowledge exchange events, bringing together users, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to foster engagement, gather insights, and drive product adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams in Brazil to provide training on product features and benefits, and create sales enablement tools to support the sales process.


  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably within the technology industry, with a focus on the Brazilian market.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to deeply understand user needs, market dynamics, and competition in Brazil.
  • Proven experience influencing product roadmaps based on market insights and user feedback.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, including target audience identification, messaging, and campaign planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
