About the Role
- Drive the product vision and roadmap for new reusable, shareable code assets.
- Engage deeply with customers to guide prioritization and product evolution.
- Partner with engineers and designers to shape high-quality code development experiences.
- Work across teams to embed code experiences seamlessly into Zapierβs core product.
- Help define go-to-market strategies for both self-serve power users and enterprise adoption.
- Bring clarity and focus to ambiguity by aligning with business and customer needs.
About You
- Experienced in 0-1 and 1-10 product phases and leading early go-to-market stages.
- Customer-focused with the ability to use user insights for roadmap decisions.
- Technically fluent in system design, SDKs, and API architecture.
- Able to prioritize short-term delivery and long-term investments effectively.
- Works iteratively according to feedback, metrics, and real-world usage.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver cohesive experiences.
- Skilled written communicator, comfortable working in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate a vision for Zapierβs Unified Code Experience and build a roadmap for 3β12 months.
- Work in a small cross-functional team to decide and deliver what to build next.
- Engage with users and internal stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineers to scope and deliver features balancing developer experience, performance, and cost.
- Define and track success metrics to guide prioritization and strategy.
- Collaborate on positioning and go-to-market planning for major product launches.
