Our Business Systems team is focused on implementation, management and enhancement of Attentiveโs enterprise applications and processes. As a highly cross-functional team across functional and technical departments, collaboration, communication and prioritization are key skills needed to be successful.
Why Attentive needs you
- Acting as the technical โproduct ownerโ for the internal Order-to-Cash (O2C) applications.
- You will dive deep into the technical and business requirements for O2C in order to development requirements, design, simplify, build and execute on improvements to our process, procedures and applications.
- You will act as the bridge between Business Systems and internal stakeholders including Finance, Sales, Operations, BI and Engineering.
- Youโll use Jira and Confluence to facilitate Roadmapping, Sprint planning, stakeholder management, requirements gathering etc.
- You will use data to continuously improve on our internal procedures, frameworks, and metrics.
About you
- 7+ years of progressive experience in an applicable Order-to-Cash domain including Revenue Operations, Product Management, Sales and/or System experience with deployments and administration of Order to Cash applications within an agile based methodology.
- Background in Product Management, RevOps/SalesOps, Deal Desk and/or Business Systems teams.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash applications including Salesforce, Netsuite and usage based subscription management tools.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills
- Possess interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of Functional and System colleagues in a remote centric start-up environment
- Effective problem solver with the ability to develop technical design requirements based on business prioritization, impact to the roadmap and necessary compromises.
- EST/ CST working hours preferred
For US based applicants:
The standard base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $200,000 annually
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
