Responsibilities
- Drive product growth and customer success: Deliver impactful product solutions that align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs: Communicate with customers daily to gather insights on their implementation requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to create tailored solutions that support customer objectives.
- Leverage AI for efficiency: Use AI tools to automate routine tasks and optimize daily workflows.
Experience
- 1β2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a product-related role (e.g. analyst, QA, product support) in a B2B company.
- Proven ability to use AI in day-to-day work, from automating tasks to streamlining workflows.
- Experience working in the MarTech or SalesTech sectors will be a plus.
Skills
- Advanced English for fluent communication.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
- Proactive and organized: comfortable setting priorities and delivering independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong user empathy: you listen actively and uncover the real problem behind feedback.
- General product and common sense is a must.
- General technical literacy: you know what APIs are, how databases work, and the difference between front-end and back-end.
