Responsibilities

  • Drive product growth and customer success: Deliver impactful product solutions that align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer needs: Communicate with customers daily to gather insights on their implementation requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to create tailored solutions that support customer objectives.
  • Leverage AI for efficiency: Use AI tools to automate routine tasks and optimize daily workflows.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a product-related role (e.g. analyst, QA, product support) in a B2B company.
  • Proven ability to use AI in day-to-day work, from automating tasks to streamlining workflows.
  • Experience working in the MarTech or SalesTech sectors will be a plus.

Skills

  • Advanced English for fluent communication.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
  • Proactive and organized: comfortable setting priorities and delivering independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong user empathy: you listen actively and uncover the real problem behind feedback.
  • General product and common sense is a must.
  • General technical literacy: you know what APIs are, how databases work, and the difference between front-end and back-end.
