What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for AI Social Specialist, expanding to a comprehensive social platform.
- Design and ship automated social content creation and posting systems that maintain authentic brand voice and drive meaningful engagement.
- Develop brand-rich content templates, social playbooks, and campaign frameworks for agents to customize and deploy at scale.
- Build sophisticated content creation tools for agents establishing themselves as local market influencers and thought leaders.
- Create listing engagement strategies and tools maximizing property exposure through social amplification.
- Design inbox management, automation, and lead generation features converting social engagement into qualified prospects.
- Partner with AI/ML teams to develop content recommendation engines, posting algorithms, and engagement prediction models.
- Establish social media best practices and guardrails that protect agent brands while maximizing reach and conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing to understand social trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging engagement tactics.
- Define and track social engagement, brand building, and lead conversion metrics across major social platforms.

Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
- 5+ years building social media products, creator tools, or community platforms in B2B SaaS, marketing tech, or creator economy.
- Deep understanding of social media dynamics across platforms including algorithm mechanics and engagement psychology.
- Active social media presence demonstrating understanding of authentic engagement and brand building.
- Strong grasp of content creation workflows, social media management tools, and influencer marketing principles.
- Data-driven approach to social metrics combined with intuition for qualitative social success.
- Excellent collaborator across product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teams.
- Proven track record shipping products that drive measurable social engagement and business outcomes.
