Job Description
Your job is to replace college by creating the best online learning experience in the world and making CourseCareers the new standard way people start their careers.
You will own the entire end-end education experience for multiple careers. Everything from identifying and doing in-depth market research to identifying which careers to support, finding the instructor for the course, managing the creation of the course, launching the course, and growing & optimizing the course.
To accomplish your goals, you will work very closely with the education product manager, software dev team, and marketing team.
What Youโll Do
Course Creation: Assist in expanding course offerings by conducting research, interviewing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), identifying potential instructors, and supporting them through the course creation process. Collaborate with instructors to enhance course content and contribute to marketing efforts.
Course Optimization: Review and analyze current course offerings, assess content effectiveness through data and analytics, and work closely with instructors to improve student engagement and outcomes.
Educational Experience Improvement: Manage our coaching program, including recruiting and onboarding new coaches, enhancing the coaching experience, and overseeing general operations. Ensure an exceptional learning experience for students in our Discord chat platform, fostering an environment that encourages academic growth and support.
You'll be responsible for the metrics of the courses you own, such as enrollment %, refund %, average watch time, completion %, and job placement %.
What You'll Need
- 6+ months experience in product or project management. Internship or entrepreneurship experience is acceptable.
- Experience with online education, such as courses or certificates
- Experience doing data analysis and making data-driven decisions
- Strong English communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with instructors and team members
- Strong work ethic and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Openness to constructive criticism and a drive to continuously improve
- Willingness to always be on call and work outside normal working hours
- Strong desire to act and be treated as an entrepreneur
Compensation
- $40,000 - $50,000/year base salary + quarterly bonuses based on performance

Compensation Range: $40K - $50K
