Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the VRM team, prioritizing scalable and automated workflow features.
- Lead customer research initiatives to understand challenges in vendor risk management.
- Oversee full product lifecycle from ideation through launch for scaling VRM to large enterprises.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to ensure valuable, feasible, and user-friendly solutions.
- Explore and integrate data sources and AI/ML capabilities for proactive risk management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in high-growth, B2B SaaS environments.
- Customer-centric approach with strong discovery skills and proactive attitude.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, make structured decisions, and balance complex trade-offs.
- Experience building 0-1 products and scaling into new areas.
- Proven track record of project execution and prioritization.
- Interest or familiarity with security and AI/ML in vendor risk management solutions.
