Responsibilities

• Own and drive a complex technical product roadmap and initiatives requiring deep technical understanding and cross-team execution.
• Make technical trade-off decisions and define architectural requirements.
• Drive engineering teams toward cohesive solutions delivering customer value.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to achieve consensus and resolve conflicting approaches.
• Identify issues before they impact teams and drive accountability across the organization.
• Define goals for complex initiatives focused on measurable business impact.
• Drive technical product decisions and sequencing for initiatives like data residency, HIPAA compliance, Bring-Your-Own-Key encryption.
• Consult with customers for feedback and help shape the technical roadmap.
• Build and execute multi-quarter technical product roadmaps for enterprise initiatives.
• Translate enterprise customer needs into specific engineering requirements.
• Remove friction to accelerate technical delivery and establish repeatable agile processes.
• Understand complex technical systems to communicate dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs.

Requirements

• Engineering background with experience in infrastructure and platform initiatives like AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Vercel, and engineering tooling.
• Experience leading large-scale technical programs such as data residency, compliance frameworks, or microservices migrations.
• Proven execution excellence in defining and driving technical roadmaps to completion.
• Ability to build strategic networks and influence technical decisions across the organization.
• Experience with regulated industries, security requirements, or enterprise-scale infrastructure challenges.
• Strong problem-solving ability to resolve cross-team misalignment and remove friction.
• Comfortable leading change and introducing new processes through influence and alignment.

Bonus Points

• Experience building or delivering compliance roadmaps such as HIPAA or SOC2 and data residency solutions.
• Background in cell architecture, encryption key management, or large-scale infrastructure migrations.
• Multi-region technical experience delivering solutions with varying compliance requirements.
