Essentials

• 5+ years experience in tech operations, software development, or data engineering.
• Strong portfolio including coding, data pipelines, and systems integration.
• Technical product management experience with product ownership and launches.
• Ability to translate complex problems into functional prototypes.
• Experience with financial contexts, market data, and time series data preferred.
• Excellent communication skills bridging business, trading, and engineering.
• Self-starter with ownership and autonomy to manage projects independently.

Beneficial experience

• Hands-on cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipeline experience.
• 3+ years in financial services like trading, asset management, or market making.
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as transformer architectures and retrieval-augmented generation.
