Stakeholder Communication & Central Operations: Act as product & tech contact for business operations and back-office teams.
Engineering Collaboration & Systems Integration: Design and build initial solutions fitting existing systems.

5+ years experience in tech operations, software development, or data engineering.
Strong portfolio including coding, data pipelines, and systems integration.
Technical product management experience with product ownership and launches.
Ability to translate complex problems into functional prototypes.
Experience with financial contexts, market data, and time series data preferred.
Excellent communication skills bridging business, trading, and engineering.
Self-starter with ownership and autonomy to manage projects independently.

Hands-on cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipeline experience.
3+ years in financial services like trading, asset management, or market making.
Familiarity with AI technologies such as transformer architectures and retrieval-augmented generation.
