Responsibilities

• Work with partners across the business to define a strategy for GameChanger's products and processes that meet goals and improve customer experience.
• Create a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and tooling based on customer needs, market analysis, and industry trends.
• Manage end-to-end product development from brainstorming through launch and support.
• Define and track important metrics to measure product performance and guide future work.
• Launch fast and iterate often with a talented team of engineers and designers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing technology products, with a focus on mobile or consumer products.
• Demonstrated experience building large-scale projects and building relationships, influencing, and inspiring all levels across the organization.
• Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners.
• Experience with data-informed decision-making to help push products forward.
• Ability to consider and communicate tradeoffs between business and user needs.
