Mission
- Manage day-to-day work flow across a multidisciplinary creative team including copywriters, designers, video creatives, and freelancers.
- Bring structure, focus, and agility to a dynamic environment.
- Streamline workflows, balance resources, and ensure high-quality creative work at pace and with purpose.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the studios end-to-end creative workflow from brief intake and resourcing to delivery and review.
- Partner with growth marketing teams to map creative timelines and priorities for realistic planning.
- Manage a central pipeline of requests to identify resource conflicts or delivery risks proactively.
- Facilitate clear communication between cross-functional teams to create alignment and accountability.
- Maintain and optimise project management tools and systems for smooth operations.
- Lead weekly planning sessions and sprint reviews to keep the team on track and informed.
- Champion process improvements and documentation to support onboarding, autonomy, and growth.
- Monitor and report on workflow efficiencies, resource allocation, and project status to leadership.
- Support the Creative Director and other leads in building a culture of excellence, craft, and collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing creative or content teams in fast-paced studio or in-house environment.
- Strong understanding of how creative functions such as video, copy, design, and art direction flow together.
- Familiarity with project management and resource planning tools.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Excellent communicator with ability to simplify complexity and ensure alignment.
- Calm under pressure with flexibility to adjust priorities and resolve challenges quickly.
