- Own the core product and shape its future direction.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with users and engineering to create hypotheses, test assumptions, and develop specs.
- Participate in an open environment encouraging debate and input from many stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- User research to understand industry and customer needs; study analytics to inform decisions.
- Roadmapping and prioritization; set product strategy and engineering priorities.
- Work cross-functionally with team members to drive product strategy and execution.
- Translate industry challenges into user value with subject matter experts.
- Develop UI/UX solutions with design teams including wireframes and feedback loops.
- Drive collaboration across teams and establish clear decisions.
- Efficient written communication and documentation within a fully distributed remote async culture.
Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years experience in B2B SaaS product management at early-stage or fast-growing companies.
- End-to-end ownership of features or products from concept to launch.
- User-centric with experience conducting user interviews.
- Strong design sense focusing on simplicity, accessibility, and usability.
- Open to feedback; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with remote global teams.
- Data-driven decision maker with a good sense of intuition and conviction.
- Detail-oriented, raising standards for quality and attention to detail.
- Bonus: Experience with compliance tech, Amplitude, and Figma.
