Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of MoonPays most critical product and operational launches including new markets, regulatory rollouts, and internal or acquired product initiatives.
- Define clear milestones, align stakeholders, and deliver results.
- Build the foundational structure of MoonPays Partner Program across onboarding, technical integration, go-to-market coordination, and ongoing performance.
- Drive alignment across Product, Partnerships, Legal, Risk, and CX to deliver a world-class partner experience.
- Develop and run cross-functional integration roadmaps post-acquisition ensuring technical harmonization, operational readiness, and cultural alignment.
- Create scalable frameworks for launch planning, async updates, risk tracking, and stakeholder ownership.
- Institutionalize rituals that improve predictability and reduce organizational drag.
- Build and manage systems that collect actionable insights from users, partners, and customer-facing teams to shape roadmap prioritization and post-launch iteration.
- Facilitate fast, informed decision-making across product, legal, and operational leaders.
- Elevate risks, resolve conflicts, and keep complex programs moving forward with clarity and calm.
