Position Summary
- Define products and features integrating software, hardware, and services for frictionless commerce experiences.
- Prioritize customer experience and manage tradeoffs between technology, business, and customer needs.
- Lead product development with the software engineering team and define product roadmap and features.
- Understand various customer verticals across countries including cafeterias, convenience stores, sports stadiums, and airports.
You Will Be
- Product lead for cross-functional team of software engineers, support, and sales.
- Prioritize and execute initiatives to realize product strategy and growth.
- Conceptualize, scope, define, and drive projects through the product life cycle.
- Work cross-functionally to validate, launch, support, and monitor new features.
- Track and measure release success and incorporate learning into the roadmap.
Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Excellent knowledge of one or more languages: Python, Node.js, C++, Go, C#, Java.
- Strong product sense and focus on delivering great customer experiences.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience including full product cycles.
- Experience with consumer hardware coupled with software preferred.
- Passionate about user experience and able to inspire designers and engineers.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and influence cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with proactive motivation and bias for action.
