Position Summary
- Contribute to vision and strategy for a Natural Language Processing platform within the broader AI platform.
- Define and own NLP platform roadmaps and drive execution to ensure success across the product portfolio.
- Represent customer and healthcare provider needs internally and externally.
- Leverage knowledge of NLP capabilities in health data and AI platforms, adapting to customer feedback.
- Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Translate technical platform components to non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and represent current and future users of NLP capabilities.
- Contribute to NLP platform strategy and multi-year roadmap to enhance health outcomes and efficiency.
- Manage product backlogs and prioritize investments using data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineering, UX, and product managers using agile and Design Thinking.
- Liaise with product teams to support use in launches and releases.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of platform, technical, or software product management experience.
- Strong preference for healthcare data, ML, NLP, LLM/SLM expertise.
- 2+ years working with NLP in production and customer feedback adaptation.
- Experience working simultaneously with multiple product and data science teams.
- 2+ years working with broader health data platforms (commercial or custom-built).
- Familiarity with healthcare data use across customer segments; experience with Health Plans, EHRs, and long-term care providers desired.
- Proven track record of managing products with innovation and curiosity.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile practices.
- Experience with SaaS, PaaS cloud software.
