Responsibilities
- Define and champion the long-term vision for the cyber mesh platform and integrated service offerings.
- Own the complete product lifecycle for MDR, IAM, and Exposure Management offerings including market analysis, packaging, roadmap, and go-to-market.
- Direct design, development, and continuous evolution of the customer portal, UX/UI, data tagging, and modular cyber mesh framework.
- Serve as executive sponsor and strategic partner for clients, integrating customer insights and market trends into product strategy.
- Foster cross-functional partnerships with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing for seamless delivery of offerings.
- Establish measurable metrics and accountability to drive success in customer retention, automation, SKU adoption, and operational excellence.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, offering strategists, and UX/UI leaders to achieve growth objectives.
- Maintain proactive knowledge of cybersecurity and SaaS ecosystem to keep offerings best-in-class.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years progressive leadership experience in product management, offerings development, or platform strategy with SaaS and enterprise platforms.
- Profound knowledge of cybersecurity domains like MDR, IAM, identity security, exposure management or relevant enterprise technologies.
- Proven leadership of large, agile teams and track record in cross-functional alignment with executive presence and communication skills for Fortune 500 and board level.
- Strong strategic vision formulation combined with metrics-driven execution, processes, and accountability.
- History of impactful customer engagement to influence strategy, offerings, and adoption.
- Values-driven leader thriving in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments with discipline to scale operations.
