Responsibilities
- Launch and manage ML-powered security or fraud detection products.
- Manage products across the lifecycle, including growth, maturity, decline, and end-of-life planning.
- Oversee the development stages coordinating with the team, external providers and other departments.
- Manage the backlog of designated Mitek products.
- Establish and monitor priorities based on stakeholders and customers needs.
- Lead technical projects on designated Mitek products.
- Evaluate product progress, performance and compliance and propose technical improvements or new needs.
- Problem and issue resolution.
- Create documentation and improve current processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (or commensurate experience).
- 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of multi-modal biometric authentication and threat vectors (spoofing, deepfakes, replays, overlays).
- Awareness of anti-spoofing benchmarks and evaluation methods (e.g., iBeta testing, NIST FRVT PAD).
- Experience in development life cycles, with preferred experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience with Jira hygiene, roadmap visualization, and stakeholder reporting.
- Comfort with product analytics, experiment platforms, and SQL for self serve analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud and streaming stacks (AWS/GCP/Azure, Kafka/Kinesis, feature stores) and CI/CD concepts for models and services.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
