About This Role

  • Hire a Director or Senior Director of Product who is both strategic and hands-on.
  • Report to the CTO and collaborate with CEO, Head of Design, and Director of Engineering.
  • Refine product org structure and build a world-class product culture.
  • Lead by partnering with engineering and design, managing and mentoring PMs.
  • Empower squads with ownership and autonomy and set systems to scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide and coach PMs while personally owning key product initiatives.
  • Grow the team from 2 to 4+ PMs over the next year.
  • Help define the right product org structure to support autonomy and velocity.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive product roadmap and deliver impactful features.
  • Leverage AI tooling and shape AI-infused product experiences.
  • Ensure the right data is tracked and used to inform decisions.
  • Be the connective tissue across multiple teams.
  • Bring a commercial mindset focusing on growth, pricing, retention, and revenue.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–12 years of product management experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-driven products or using AI tools in product development.
  • Experience at early-stage, fast-growing companies, ideally Series A to B/C.
  • Strong product instincts with a founder’s mindset; entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to hire, coach, and retain product talent.
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen and comfort discussing growth models, pricing, and strategy.
  • Located in North America, able to work Pacific Time Zone hours.
