Responsibilities
- Own Insurance Products end to end
- Partner with MD of Insurance to set vision and direction
- Plan, prioritise and deliver product roadmaps ensuring buy in
- Own discovery including market, competitor & user research
- Run customer interviews, surveys, usability testing
- Define & test hypotheses and MVPs using qualitative and quantitative data
- Lead kick offs, check-ins, workshops, retrospectives and meetings with stakeholders up to CEO
Requirements
- Comfortable with travel: 2 days/month in Lincoln (travel covered)
- Proven Product Management skills with senior stakeholder experience
- User-obsessed: skilled at uncovering real needs and creating actionable user stories
- Strategic and hands-on: able to own roadmap and execute tasks
- Data-driven: blend qualitative and quantitative insights for decisions
- Outcome-focused: clear on why, success metrics, and impact
