Role Summary
- Responsible for crafting delightful, data-driven best in class product experiences to ensure student success.
- Grow proprietary learning platform, improve efficiency of coaches and instructors, and build new products.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy to prioritize coach and instructor time for effective engagement with diverse student populations.
- Strategize AI integration to accelerate and personalize educational experiences.
- Understand students, instructors, and coaches and act as their voice within the team.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, data, operations, and cross-functional teams to iterate and ship quickly.
- Communicate product roadmap and vision effectively, managing priorities and tradeoffs clearly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of consumer-facing product management experience.
- Highly analytical with proficiency in SQL and data visualizations.
- Strong communication skills for relaying insights.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decisions across teams.
- Hands-on approach and bias to action, capable of managing trade-offs among priorities.
Bonus Points
- Previous startup experience especially in B2B2C or B2C EdTech/Healthcare sectors.
- Experience working in consulting.
- Familiarity with A/B testing or data-driven product development.
- Understanding of technical software development aspects.
