Responsibilities
- Lead our e-commerce solution success, with the design and tech teams, driving GMV, AOV, and CVR growth through product-led initiatives and data-driven decision making
- Mentor and guide 2 Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring complex challenge resolution with a "can-do" mindset
- Lead strategic analysis and product discovery for critical decisions, including build vs. buy evaluations, platform consolidation, and feature prioritization
- Define and execute the sales enablement roadmap, developing SaaS tools that empower photographers with optimal pricing, packaging, and automated marketing campaigns
- Drive continuous shop conversion optimization through data-driven testing roadmaps tailored to our vertical market context
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience with a proven track record leading major product initiatives and managing/mentoring other product managers
- Experience with E-commerce and digital sales enablement, preferably B2C or B2B2C sectors
- Strong commercial skills and business acumen with proven ability to drive revenue growth in SaaS
- Mastery of contemporary product discovery and delivery techniques with a focus on outcome-driven results and customer problem-solving
- Experience with AI implementation and curiosity in applying AI concepts to evolve products from manual to intelligent, engine-driven solutions
