The role
- Make the experience of negotiating, underwriting, and closing transactions on Crux efficient, intelligent, and seamless.
- Combine collaboration and workflow software with LLM-driven automation and first and third-party data.
- Package and serve these tools for lawyers, investors, lenders, tax credit buyers, or Crux employees.
- Work closely with engineering, product, design, and customer-facing teams to develop and bring the vision to life.

What you9ll do
- Own the roadmap for drafting contracts or underwriting transactions.
- Work directly with customers, partners, and customer-facing teams to develop vision and strategy.
- Iterate quickly to improve features in market.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to implement features.
- Understand customers, market, projects, environment, and workflows deeply.
- Define and implement metrics to evaluate success.
- Participate actively in company-building and continuous improvement.
Who you are
- Executional Excellence: 5-8 years in product management; experience with B2B software or complex operational industries.
- LLM-native: experienced in building LLM-driven features with mature product sense and evaluation methods.
- Strategic Rigor: strong strategic thinking and communication skills; able to identify novel solutions.
- Startup Minded: excited to work in early-stage startup environments with multiple hats and product ownership.
