Your duties and time commitment
- Overall commitment: ~4 hours per week for 10 weeks
- Facilitate 10-week weekly 2-hour Zoom live sessions
- Preparation: ~2 hours per week customizing content and reviewing questions
- Learner communication: ~30 minutes per week via Slack
- Debrief and course improvement: ~1 hour over 10 weeks with managers and designers
