Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the product vision and direction to achieve company objectives and communicate to the wider business.
  • Develop and own the product roadmap, prioritising key focus areas based on user value, business viability, and time to impact.
  • Gather and prioritise product requirements with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and deliver product features.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Gather customer feedback, write and prioritise user stories, ensuring customer needs are met through iteration.
  • Be the product owner of a dedicated team of full-stack engineers to execute user stories based on priorities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Engage in market, competitive, and user research to understand customers’ needs and problems, representing the voice of the customer.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure product satisfaction.
  • Take responsibility for growth as a domain expert in search intelligence and technology.
  • Own objectives and product area, accountable for business and customer outcomes.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Measure and report on user success based on usage statistics, analytics, and feedback.
  • Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with design, development, and data science to ideate and test innovative solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and technologies in AI, marketing intelligence and SaaS.

Requirements

  • 3+ years product management experience on the full lifecycle of a digital product.
  • Proven experience conducting market research to understand and articulate market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience building business cases for new products/features to support decision-making.
  • Comfortable setting KPIs and working towards success metrics.
  • Obsessed with customers and the market; passionate about continuous learning and discovery.
  • Track record of developing creative and innovative solutions addressing unmet needs.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong ownership and organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented and driven to deliver outcomes.
  • Bonus points if experienced with B2B SaaS solutions, AI/ML product development, behavioral science interest, or digital marketing experience.
