Responsibilities
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy: Set direction and make strategic decisions shaping distribution's future while mentoring peers and junior team members.
- Develop vision and strategy: Own the distribution product areaβs strategic direction as part of an empowered product team.
- Deliver our roadmap: Translate vision into actionable roadmaps, collaborating with triad leads, product marketing, and data to prioritize and deliver customer value.
- Lead continuous discovery: Understand users, their needs and pain points through qualitative and quantitative data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Define and analyze key metrics: Establish goals, track progress, measure outcomes, and identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with go-to-market teams and other partners to deliver intuitive customer experiences.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends across localization, AI, and Learning & Development.
- Create visibility and alignment: Communicate product strategy and roadmap updates to all stakeholders including C-level executives.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management or related technology-powered product roles such as product design, engineering, data analysis, or user research.
- Strong analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Excellent communication skills for managing and influencing stakeholders, comfortable presenting to C-level executives.
- Proven leadership in guiding cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
- Familiarity with modern product discovery techniques with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of AI and its potential applications.

- Background in B2B SaaS products, especially in Learning & Development or EdTech.
