Key Responsibilities
- Co-own product areas related to integrations, quoting workflows, and pricing logic.
- Manage the technical and delivery aspects of 3rd party integrations & API development, aligning closely with support and product development teams.
- Define and track key performance metrics to assess the impact of each integration and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Translate strategic direction into actionable product artifacts (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning support, and product decision-making with engineering teams.
- Partner with engineering and design teams on solution discovery, technical feasibility, and implementation trade-offs.
- Support creation of PRDs, dashboards, and execution plans aligned with roadmap goals.
- Proactively remove execution blockers and manage/report progress.
- Contribute to roadmap and PRD decisions via feasibility assessments and tech trade-offs.
- Take ownership of QA and UAT for owned features and flows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software, preferably in procurement, construction tech, or marketplaces.
- Experience with data-heavy workflows or integrations and ability to handle complex backend and UI requirements.
- Proven track record in driving early-stage product execution and iterative improvements.
- Comfortable working with KPIs, instrumentation plans, and reporting dashboards.
- Effective collaboration across engineering, design, data, and QA teams with strong sprint cycle management.
- Self-driven and adaptable in global, cross-functional, and asynchronous environments.
- Preferred: Experience in construction/building engineering, familiarity with reporting tools (Looker, Mixpanel), software development, and MBA.
