Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and intelligent automation initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Drive practical AI application by identifying use cases and integrating LLMs, MCP, and automation technologies with engineering teams
• Oversee AI models integration ensuring seamless operation, scalability, and maintainability through use case definition, documentation, and QA
• Utilize financial markets knowledge and time series data expertise to enhance trading strategies, risk prediction, and insights
• Champion human-AI collaborative intelligence to improve decision-making, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize workflows
• Shape organizational processes, standards, and capabilities for AI development, deployment, data governance, model validation, and responsible AI usage
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Trading, Research, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance teams for product specification and delivery
• Stay updated on AI, machine learning, data engineering, and automation trends to leverage emerging technologies
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure AI product success and prioritize work based on impact

Essentials

• 5+ years product management experience with success in launching complex technology products
• Demonstrated AI/ML expertise focusing on LLMs, MCP, and advanced automation
• Technical understanding of software development, data architectures, API integrations, and data engineering fundamentals
• Prior financial domain exposure, market data, and time series data manipulation experience preferred
• Strategic, pragmatic thinker with ability to create actionable product roadmaps and proofs of concept
• Strong desire to influence organizational processes and adoption of new technologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical, data-driven problem-solving approach with focus on automation opportunities
• Proactive, innovative self-starter comfortable in dynamic industries
