Responsibilities
- Own the retention strategy and roadmap for your product area, from discovery to delivery
- Analyze user behavior, cohorts, funnels, and feedback to uncover insights
- Study competitors and market trends to inform hypotheses
- Translate insights into clear, complete PRDs and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize the backlog using frameworks such as RICE and expected impact
- Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing to deliver outcomes
- Define success metrics, set targets, and monitor performance over time
- Investigate metric drops, identify root causes, and lead rapid corrective actions
- Plan and run A/B tests, interpret results, and scale winning solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally on consumer or growth products
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Strong data analysis skills; you make decisions with data
- Ability to gather and analyze user feedback and turn it into product decisions
- Solid competitor and market research skills
- Experience planning and prioritizing a product roadmap aligned with business strategy
- Comfortable prioritizing hypotheses with frameworks such as RICE
- Team player with clear, structured communication
- Initiative and proactivity in proposing product improvements
- Ownership mindset and bias to action
Would be a plus
- Experience with lifecycle communications such as email and push messaging
- Experience in FMCG or Big Four companies
