Key Responsibilities
- Conducts product management activities for a game or multiple games.
- Participates in managing analysis of player demographics, behavior and metrics and provides information regarding player market to identify desirable product features.
- Participates in managing product launches and/or introduction of new product features for assigned games.
- May lead and execute all or a majority of the tasks comprising semi-complex projects/processes/workflows that may impact future developments.
- Decisions and actions regularly have a moderate influence on the work of team members and other teams and assigned projects.
- Carries out assigned activities of unit/team/projects.
- Participates in contributing to and adheres to product vision and strategy.
- Participates in managing game features and gameplay strategy in response to changes in daily active users and monetization performance.
- Solves complex problems in resourceful and effective ways.
- Communicates with own team and across the organization. Receives, may interpret and transmits complex information requiring some explanation or interpretation.
- Determines methods for own work and leads other team members to complete assignments based on daily game performance information.
- May Mentor and manage less experienced members of the team.

- Knowledge/Skills in content areas: Mobile gaming, Game development process and game life cycle, Data analysis (game/monetization analytics), Free-to-play market/trends

- Leverages in-depth knowledge to identify needs of and opportunities for teams managed and facilitates development of complex solutions.
Education & Experience
- Typically has 5 to 8 years of progressively complex related experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
