Summary
- Own and drive the SaaS platform roadmap focusing on user authentication, authorization models, tenant management, user settings, and auditability.
- Deliver enterprise-grade identity features such as SSO, MFA, and support for OAuth and SAML.
- Define flexible RBAC/ABAC structures for complex enterprise and MSP environments.
- Build multi-tenant capabilities with tenant hierarchies and delegated administration.
- Ensure comprehensive audit logs and activity tracking for compliance and operational visibility.
- Manage user profile, notification settings, and personalization features.
- Translate enterprise compliance needs into balanced governance and security features.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and customer success to prioritize platform features.
Requirements
- 6+ years in product management or technical product roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Experience owning identity/authentication, RBAC/ABAC, user settings, tenant management, or audit logging features.
- Strong technical fluency with authentication standards (SAML, OAuth, SCIM) and SaaS architectures.
- Experience working with platform, infrastructure, or backend teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies in complex technical environments.
Bonus Points
- Hands-on development experience or a CS/engineering degree.
- Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms or MSP-oriented capabilities.
- Exposure to audit/compliance frameworks such as SOC2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001.
- Background in cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise SaaS security features.
- Experience with licensing models, entitlements, or user provisioning systems.
Location & Travel
- Preferred location: San Francisco Bay Area or New York, but open to remote.
- Up to 15% travel required.
