Responsibilities
- Work with design system components, using and extending them while ensuring consistency and documenting improvements collaboratively.
- Maintain and scale the existing visual style of the product.
- Implement business needs into clear design solutions based on requirements, analytics, and feedback.
- Prototype new features and improvements with focus on simplicity and clarity, presenting solutions to gather feedback.
- Conduct desk research, competitor analysis, and simple user checks like surveys and prototype testing to convert insights and hypotheses into design decisions.
- Collaborate with product manager, project manager, content manager, developers, and analysts to define problems, break them into design tasks, and ensure quality delivery.
- Provide clean, documented layouts for developers, collaborate throughout the development cycle, update changes timely and communicate effectively.
- Own the full design task cycle from requirements clarification to production verification, advancing tasks without micromanagement.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Product Designer (Mobile & Web).
- Experience working with design systems including using components as intended, making changes and additions with documentation, and a systemic approach to creation or extension.
- Strong UI/UX knowledge.
- Experience in prototyping and usability testing from light surveys to simple user tests.
- Ability to turn research insights into solutions.
- Advanced Figma skills (components, autolayouts, tokens, animations), Miro, Jira, Notion.
- Basic skills in product analytics.
- Independence and proactivity.
- Responsibility for outcomes and decisions.
- Good communication skills with team and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graphic design skills.

- Experience with gamification in apps for engagement and retention.
