Responsibilities
- Write clear, actionable feature requirements for design and engineering
- Support roadmap development with a six-month planning outlook
- Own opportunity sizing and business case development to inform roadmap prioritization
- Define feature sets that align with overall product strategy
- Oversee QA efforts for new features and ensure end-to-end readiness
- Collaborate cross-functionally across design, engineering, and quality assurance teams
- Work cross-functionally to develop and execute go-to-market plans and ensure successful product launches
- Maintain Productboard and Notion documentation for product planning
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, or Design, ideally in a fintech or startup environment
- Demonstrated product ownership or experience in product lifecycle management
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Shortcut and Productboard is a plus
- Ability to operate independently and thrive in a high-velocity environment
- Passion for solving real customer problems with simple, effective solutions
Location
- New York City (hybrid, at least one day per week onsite)
- Austin, TX (primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings and travel to NYC)
