Responsibilities
- Define the roadmap for agentic value selling, discovery automation, and value realization reviews.
- Ship agentic capabilities such as auto-generated discovery docs, dynamic business case templates, and quarterly VRA workflows that link buyer outcomes to seller promises.
- Strengthen retention & expansion: Ensure agentic workflows tie directly to renewal and upsell by making value measurement a repeatable process.
- Embed intelligence: Use AI to surface next-best actions, highlight gaps in realized value, and generate insights for customer QBRs.
- Validate ROI: Partner with customer success and sales to test how agentic value workflows improve win rates, reduce churn, and increase expansion.
- Ensure enterprise fit: Deliver capabilities that integrate with CRM, align with procurement/finance expectations, and scale across large enterprise deals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, ideally in sales enablement, value selling, or adjacent space or previous experience as a value engineer / sales engineer.
- Experience shipping AI/agentic products that drive measurable outcomes (e.g., business case automation, predictive ROI, recommendation engines).
- Deep understanding of value selling frameworks (BVA, ROI calculators, VRA/QBR workflows).
- Track record of balancing strategy and executionβable to deliver 0β1 features and scale successful practices across enterprise accounts.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, able to align product, engineering, sales, and customer success around a common value story.
- Analytical and data-driven, with strong instincts for customer outcomes and commercial impact.
