Key responsibilities
- Collaboratively create and champion a clear product vision and strategy for your area, focusing on AI product development.
- Synthesise insights to craft clear problem statements articulating root causes.
- Understand challenges of building with LLMs, managing hallucinations and evaluating performance.
- Use confidence-building methods to understand user interaction and integration of AI chat products.
- Align team around key outcomes and prioritise initiatives effectively.
- Identify and track metrics for client and business benefits; manage continuous model evaluation and improvement.
- Create collaborative squad environment with clear goals.
- Bridge gap between business needs and AI technical capabilities with data scientists.
- Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Build relationships to empower squad achievement and manage stakeholders with relevant input.
About You
- At least 5 years of product management experience, including 2 years focused on ML or GenAI products.
- Strong foundational understanding of AI, machine learning workflows, and responsible AI practices.
- Analytical, strategic thinker skilled in defining AI-driven product visions and making data-driven decisions.
- Collaborative leader with empathetic style, strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and prioritisation skills.
- User-centric communicator with excellent ability to explain AI capabilities and limitations to diverse audiences.
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, able to identify trends and opportunities quickly.
