Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of SDMs, engineers, and designers to deliver impactful solutions within the Merch Tech portfolio.
- Define and drive the vision and strategy for workflow engineering, AI productization, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
- Deliver measurable business outcomes by enabling GMV growth and EBITDA improvements through innovative technology.
- Prioritize and manage a high-velocity portfolio, optimizing 48 high-output resources to maximize business impact.
- Own end-to-end accountability for Merch Tech outcomes, including roadmap execution, product adoption, and financial performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 35 years in leadership roles driving strategy and execution.
- Deep expertise in ecommerce and digital marketplaces, with a proven record of P6L ownership delivering measurable financial impact (GMV, EBITDA).
- Successful track record shipping AI-enabled products, workflow automation, or attribution models.
- Strong collaborator with engineering and design, adept at balancing technical and UX tradeoffs while influencing stakeholders across business, operations, and technology.
- Background in B2B SaaS or platform products preferred, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- At least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system;
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors.
- A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection).
- PC Headset.
- A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
