The Opportunity

• Lead strategy for foundational technical products within the Foundations Pillar.
• Focus initially on Platform Engineering, creating products, services, and toolkits for internal engineers.
• Improve productivity, speed, and satisfaction of developers at Multiverse.

What you’ll do

• Develop product vision and strategy for core platform services aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with DevOps, data, and software engineers to create roadmap, backlogs, and user stories.
• Lead product discovery and definition working closely with engineering counterparts.
• Champion users by understanding needs and pain points to create high-quality solutions.
• Define and track success metrics to measure impact and deliver real business value.
• Partner with Product Director for Foundations to align roadmap with organisational priorities.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster continuous improvement.

About you

• Significant product management experience guiding cross-functional teams; around 4+ years anticipated.
• Experience with technical products where engineers are end-users (APIs, SDKs, platforms, internal tools).
• Passionate about outcomes over output; comfortable using data and metrics for success measurement.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles with experience in Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Curious about applying AI/ML to improve developer tooling and workflows.
