Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering a reliable, scalable platform that supports our product vision
- Enabling customers and partners to integrate with our platform
- Helping customers and Userlane manage accounts efficiently and effectively
- Meeting enterprise expectations in security and compliance
- Supporting the adoption of generative AI within our product
- Enabling other squads to move faster by offering common services

- Expect to own the 12 month strategy for your area, aligning with wider product vision and business goals
- Hybrid working model based in three hubs - Munich, London, and Wroclaw
- Teams meet in hubs once per month and at Munich HQ once per quarter
Requirements
- 2+ years product management experience in a modern product organisation (ideally B2B SaaS)
- Curiosity to understand customer problems and new learning opportunities about customers, market, competitors, technology
- Customer-centric mindset, balancing customer and business needs
- Outcome focused with the ability to define and measure success
- Technical aptitude with comfort operating in a platform squad owning back-end services and working with internal customers
- Clear communication skills for diverse audiences; fluent English (spoken and written)
