Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Product Implementation Managers to develop a high-performing, collaborative, customer-focused and accountable team culture.
- Identify skill gaps, conduct regular coaching, feedback and development plans to up-level team capabilities.
- Champion team-level process improvements and best practice sharing across the implementation lifecycle.
- Monitor team capacity, workload, and project health metrics to support resource planning.
- Oversee execution of implementations of iQueue for Inpatient Flow.
- Provide expert guidance on inpatient data requirements, data requests, and customer specific logic to support the configuration of the platform.
- Support project scoping, staffing, and coordination across multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Remove barriers, escalate risks, and guide your team through complex implementations.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams including Product, Data Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments, influence without authority, and drive alignment with customer expectations and internal roadmaps.
- Participate in key project milestones, business reviews, and pre-launch planning discussions.
- Play a key role in scaling processes as the business grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or client services, with 3+ years in people leadership.
- Bachelorβs degree in a quantitative or healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and up-leveling direct reports.
- Experience leading a team through growth, change, and ambiguity.
- Skilled at giving feedback, developing talent, and building a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of inpatient data and hospital operations.
- Experience leading patient flow or capacity initiatives in large health system environments.
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams and stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and lead organizational change.
- Willingness to travel 25-50%.
