Role Overview
- Drive on agentic AI portfolio of products that transform enterprise operations and customer experiences.
- Select and build solutions blending product vision and deep technology expertise.
- Work closely with product, engineering, GTM, and company leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
- 2-5 years experience in technology consulting, implementations, product, customer success, or as founder.
- Deep technical acumen in Generative AI, Agentic AI systems, applied machine learning, and conversational AI.
- Experience leading senior customer relationships and translating deployments into scalable solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration with engineering, ML, data science, and GTM teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic startup environments.
- Experience working with teams in other time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA from top-tier school.
- B2B experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools.
- Experience in startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
- 0 to 1 product development experience.
- Familiarity with customer experience and contact center operations.
