Job Description

Weโ€™re looking for a Product Analyst - New Apps Team

To join our cross-functional team of product, tech, analysts, and design people. As a Product Analyst, you will take ownership of our application process. In collaboration with Design and Developers, you will lead the work to develop excellent user experiences, working across the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution and testing.

Our culture

Weโ€™re expanding fast across our offices in London, Leeds and Frankfurt. With all this growth, weโ€™re looking for people who want to learn on the job and lead projects, knowing that your ideas will impact thousands of small businesses.

Your mission

  • Increasing customer conversion rate by improving the current application process in collaboration with Design.
  • Blending qualitative insight with quantitative analysis to evaluate these opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities via customer research, metrics monitoring and collaboration with other teams.
  • Leading projects through the cycle and ensuring successful release through testing and monitoring of the releases.
  • Helping to increase teamsโ€™ productivity by following agile principles and shaping team processes.
  • Collaborating with the Team Lead to work out how these opportunities should be incorporated into our roadmap.

Requirements

We look for people that are smart, humble, motivated and who are always looking to improve. Ideally, youโ€™ll have:

  • Experience with creating and optimising customer user journeys
  • A desire to understand our customers, what motivates them and what frustrates them, and identify opportunities to solve their problems
  • A natural curiosity to spot, break down and resolve problems
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • An understanding of (or willingness to learn) technology. You need to be able to discuss the possibilities and limitations of our platform with our engineers (Though you donโ€™t need to be an engineer yourself and wonโ€™t need to write detailed technical specifications).
  • Team player with a fine balance of confidence, gravitas, humility, and enthusiasm: you will need to work with various teams to get stuff done in a rapidly growing environment

We expect to pay from ยฃ50,000 to ยฃ70,000 for this role. But, weโ€™re open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and regularly remunerate staff for their increasing value to our business.

You'll have access to ample opportunities for skill-building, mentorship, and career progression. We value diversity in skill and thought, and encourage you to explore new areas of interest to help us innovate and improve our products and services.

We have a friendly and inclusive environment, and flexible work policies, to ensure that you'll be able to balance work and life, empowering you to thrive both personally and professionally.
