- You understand SEO & GEO as platforms and have curiosity for generative search and positioning Zapier as an authoritative answer.
- You’ve scaled acquisition programs and driven durable growth loops and strategic investments.
- You are both analytical and intuitive, using data and user empathy to identify opportunities.
- You’re a cross-functional leader experienced in working with engineers, designers, content creators, and partners to deliver scalable solutions.
- You’re a strong communicator who articulates strategy, roadmaps, and results across a distributed team.
- You care about customer impact, focusing on connecting users with the right solutions at the right time.
Things You’ll Do
- Develop product-driven acquisition strategy and solve important problems for prospective users.
- Define multi-quarter roadmap for organic discovery and growth balancing experimentation with long-term bets.
- Build scalable, templated product-led pages and flows converting discovery traffic to signups.
- Shape GEO strategy to position Zapier as the authoritative automation brand in generative AI search and assistants.
- Run experiments impacting signups, product usage, and revenue.
- Expand offsite discovery footprint where prospects make automation decisions.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and content creators to deliver high-quality customer experience.
- Align team and stakeholders around common goals, fostering collaboration and pursuit of best ideas.
- Regularly report on results and create a culture of learning and progress.
- Connect weekly with customers and prospects to develop strong user empathy.
