Responsibilities
- Manage and track community growth, engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics of a portfolio of global creators.
- Collaborate with product managers to contribute to product and creator growth feature roadmaps.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage user communities across multiple platforms, leveraging data-driven insights to foster active and vibrant ecosystems.
- Establish and maintain community quality monitoring systems to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and promote a safe, inclusive environment.
- Analyze product usage data, community engagement metrics, and market trends to generate actionable insights that inform product improvements, community strategies, and partnership opportunities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and community campaigns in collaboration with marketing and product teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with broader platform goals and campaigns.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in product operations, partnerships, creator management, or cross-channel marketing, preferably within the crypto or blockchain industry.
- Proven experience working with crypto creators or a strong network within the crypto community.
- Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and optimizing marketing or community campaigns.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, and Vietnamese is a plus to be able to coordinate with overseas stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective strategies.
