Primary Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Pulselive platforms and related systems (e.g. Content Management System, Video Publishing Platform, Gamification Platform, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft 365, Google Docs, Google Analytics).
- Populate content across Pulselive platforms, including articles, photos, and videos.
- Manage client communications via online tools or video calls.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams and external clients to capture and discuss change requests and bug reports.
- Provide hands-on support for the Pulselive delivery teams.
