Responsibilities
- Collaborate on vision and strategy as part of an empowered product team owning an area of the product.
- Deliver the roadmap by translating vision into actionable plans and working iteratively with partners in design, engineering, product marketing, and data.
- Lead continuous discovery by understanding users, their needs, and pain points, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Define and analyze key metrics to establish goals and track progress, using data to measure outcomes and optimize.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with go-to-market teams and partners to deliver powerful and intuitive customer experiences.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends in localization, AI, and Learning & Development.
- Create visibility and alignment by communicating product strategy, roadmap updates, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management with experience in B2B SaaS and strategy for large-scale enterprise products.
- Strong analytical abilities using qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategy and product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, experience influencing stakeholders, and comfort presenting to C-level executives.
- History of leading cross-functional teams and driving success through collaboration without direct authority.
- Familiarity with modern product discovery techniques focused on customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of AI applications in localization and enterprise workflow management.
